Finding comfort after experiencing loss

This bittersweet story of a boy coming to terms with losing his childhood pet holds a special significance to me. The beautiful illustrations and gentle story brought me peace during a hard time, so I wanted to evoke the same emotions with the typography I created for it. I also photoshopped some of the images I chose from inside the book to create a unique cover design.
